Order Processing

If you place your order before the cutoff time of 5pm EST on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.

If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Adorned by Lonnie delivers to both home and business addresses, as well as, P.O. Boxes via the United States Post Office.

All orders ship at a standard flat rate of $4.95 within the continental US.

Signature confirmation will be required for orders of more than $500.

In rare instances, a jewelry item you order may no longer be available. If this happens, we will immediately refund your money.

Standard Return Policy

Jewelry may be returned for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt according to our confirmation of delivery date supplied by the Post Office. It must be in original, new condition.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service department via e-mail at adorned@triad.rr.com between 9am and 5pm EST to begin processing your return or exchange.

2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt.

3. For your security, please return your jewelry item through the Post Office with Delivery Confirmation (if applicable) and retain your receipt.

Adorned by Lonnie is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective, or you did not receive the product ordered, Adorned by Lonnie will credit the shipping cost.
